Monthly Virtual Yoga via Zoom with Susan Koleas
Free to CCC Members / $10 for Non-Members ($5 for students)
While Yoga is FREE for CCC members only registered participants will receive the zoom code.
A few words from Susan, your instructor:
During this time when we are all adjusting to yet another “new normal” with the lifting of the at-home order for COVID 19, safety concerns remain important. As such, the Cedarburg Cultural Center will offer virtual yoga classes via Zoom. You will need to download the Zoom app on your device in order to access the classes.
What: All classes will be level 1-2 slow flow, beginning with centering and breath work, gradually moving into several asana sequences with a specific focus each week and ending in…ahhh... relaxation pose!
When: Virtual Classes will be held on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9–10 am, via Zoom. Look for communication from the CCC for an invitation to sign up. You must register; registration closes at 5 pm on the Friday prior to each class. Classes are free to CCC members. For non-members, a $10 suggested donation would be most appreciated — more important now than ever to help preserve this wonderful gem and all it does to support our community.
Where: The comfort and safety of your own home or back yard.
How (to set up for your practice): you will need your pc, iPad or other device for viewing the class, a sticky mat, block and blanket, strap, and water if you choose. And a beginner’s mind—please bring that too! (You can substitute a book for the block and a tie, scarf or belt for the strap.)
Susan Koleas is a Cedarburg resident, CCC member, and 500-hour certified yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga since 2005 in corporate settings, for the YMCA, Elite Clubs, and for private clients. Susan loves the creative process and considers her classes little works of art inspired by all of life. Her approach is inclusive, compassionate, and heart-centered. Her intention is for each person to conclude their practice feeling even a little bit more like their best selves.
