Open Mic Night

Regular Open Mic Nights have concluded for the season.

Please join us for the
Best of Blueburg Concert on
Saturday, June 28, 11 am - 2 pm during Cedarburg's Strawberry Festival.

Open Mic Nights are held on the first Wednesday of every month at the Cedarburg Cultural Center unless otherwise noted.

For more than 10 years, Blueburg Cafe has been a encouraging space for people of all abilities and ages.

Doors and performance sign-up begins at 6pm

Performances being at 7pm

Peformance Rules

Doors open at 6 pm. Performances begin at 7 pm.
Performance sign-up is from 6-6:30 pm.
All those arriving during this time will be entered into the performance spot lottery. Performers must be present to sign up.
At 6:30 pm, 20 names will be drawn randomly for performance spots. Should there be less than 20 performers present, additional performance spots will be assigned on a first-come basis until 7 pm.
There is a maximum number of 20 performance spots available. Performances are limited to 5 minutes.

The Center will be closed between 5:00 pm. and 6:00 pm. Volunteers and staff that are running the event are the only people that will be permitted inside of the Center at this time.
Due to time constraints, drum kits and pre-recorded music will not be allowed at Open Mic Night. Drummers are encouraged to use congas or a cajon for this event.
Special requests must be made with the sound technician in advance during the sign-up period and are subject to approval.
