CCC Indoor Concert Policy
In keeping with the Cedarburg Cultural Center’s commitment to public safety and the music industry’s increasing alignment on the pandemic, The Center is requiring all patrons be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 48-hours of the performance in order to enter. By attending a performance, you agree that you and all individuals in your party attending the event will abide by the above protocol. Proof of full vaccination may be an original vaccine card, a physical copy of the card, or a digital copy of the card and must be at least two weeks after final dose. Children under the age of 12 are able to attend indoor events at the CCC with an adult that meets vaccination or negative testing requirements.
Point of care or home collection diagnostic tests will be accepted — please be sure to bring digital or printed proof of your negative test result, dated and time-stamped.
Home collection test results will only be accepted if the maker of the test provides a link to dated and time-stamped test results.
A photo ID matching the name on your vaccination or test documentation is required for verification. These protocols apply to all individuals in your party and to any users of tickets purchased by you before they are allowed to enter the performance.
If you have questions about COVID-19 vaccines or need to find a vaccination location near you, please visit www.vaccinefinder.org.
Masks are not required but strongly recommended.
We ask that you not attend the performance if any of the following is true:
• Within 14 days before attending you have tested positive or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
• Within 48 hours prior to attending you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19.
Doors open and sign-up begins at 6:15 p.m.
Performers are encouraged to sign up before 6:40 p.m. as slots fill quickly.
The Center will be closed between 5:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.
Volunteers and staff that are running the event are the only persons that will be permitted inside of the Center at this time.
Performers appear on stage on a first-come, first on-stage basis, with management reserving the right to move performances to best showcase the talent.
Due to time constraints, drum kits will not be allowed at Open Mic Night, and prerecorded music is not permitted. Drummers are encouraged to use congas or a cahon for this event.
Special requests must be made with the Sound Technician in advance during the sign-up period and are subject to approval.
