Celebrate Hispanic heritage month with palomas and pico, learning about Mexico’s Independence Day and attending LA FIESTA. Make your own authentic guacamole & pico de gallo and enjoy chips & Cecilia's home-made salsa. Learn more about Tequila and how to make a Paloma, a refreshing Mexican cocktail. While you enjoy your tasty appetizers and sip your drink, have fun playing 2 popular Mexican games: Lotería (Mexican Bingo) and Pirinola (spin the wheel game)! Most materials are included in the class fee; participants should bring 2 small avocados, 2 roma tomatoes, 1 jalapeño, knife and small cutting board.
