Painting Loose & Expressive Landscapes in Watercolor with Karen Utech
Thursdays, February 4, 11, 18, 25: 1:30-4 pm
This watercolor class is perfect for novice artists looking to learn foundational techniques while developing a freer, more painterly style specifically in watercolor. Build confidence and let watercolor do what it does best…flow loosely! Through quick, playful exercises that are designed to quiet your inner critic, you'll learn how to paint soft, luminous loose skies using wet-into-wet techniques, capture expressive trees with relaxed brushwork and build rich rock textures to create a balanced landscape composition. If you want to experiment, splash a little paint and have fun while learning, this class is for you! See supply list below.
