Drumming Circle with Brian Dopke 
Tuesdays, June 10, 17, July 1, 15, 22, 29:  6-7:30 pm 
Join us in drumming! Connect with others through rhythm and music in a fun, inclusive atmosphere open to people of all ages and all experience levels. Participants sit in circle, playing percussion instruments together, fostering a sense of community. Please bring a bag chair or blanket because, weather permitting, sessions may be held outside if the class chooses, otherwise in the classroom. Feel free to bring your own hand drums, rattles, percussion instruments. (Brian will bring percussion instruments to share). Studies have shown that drum circles can help to reduce stress and anxiety and promote a sense of emotional well-being but overall, our hope is to provide space for an enjoyable and positive experience for everyone involved. Students are encouraged to attend at least 4 of the 6 sessions.
