Wire Wrap 1 Mini Course with Angela Hamilton
Tuesdays, April 1, 8, 15, 22: 1-3 pm
In this class for beginners, you will learn to use wire to create beautiful jewelry and to enhance your jewelry making skills. The techniques we use are easy, artistic and creative. Each week you will learn a different technique that will build on the previous week’s lesson. The ‘simple wrap’ technique will be used to make caged beads and bead caps. We will use this technique to make earrings and simple, yet elegant, wire wrapped bracelets with accented charms. Learn techniques to create your own findings such as wire links, clasps and earring hooks. All tools and materials are provided; a separate $30 supply fee is due to the instructor on the first session. Students may also bring in their favorite beads.
