The Nutcracker with Michelle Savas Thompson 
Thursday, December 11:  9 am-12 pm 
In this hands-on workshop, students will be guided in painting a seasonal nutcracker, sure to bring back fond holiday memories! Learn to build an acrylic painting on stretched canvas, from start to finish, by applying different painting techniques and brush strokes in a step-by-step manner. You will gain experience and confidence in mixing a variety of colors and values. Students may bring a photo reference or work from the instructor’s photo. All supplies are included. This class is offered at a greatly reduced rate, made possible by a generous donation from Claudette Lee- Roseland’s family on her behalf. We welcome new students or students who are resuming their art journey to register and try out a new medium.
