Living with Intention - Monthly Drop-In Mindfulness Group

Join Jacqueline Janz in a relaxed one-hour class to learn and practice stress-relief techniques, offered the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Bring more peace, compassion, and joy to life. Everyone is welcome; no experience needed. In each community session we will discuss mindfulness techniques, practice building awareness and cultivate bringing our attention to the present moment. Please bring a water bottle and cushion/pillow. Class will be held at the Lincoln Building, 2nd Floor, W63 N643 Washington Ave (behind Community Gym) in Cedarburg. Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in.
